Hey.

I recently got back to Guild Wars after a one year break -the last build I ran of GW was on my old windows XP computer. I am now using a computer running the Vista OS.

Anyway, I got back into Guild Wars, downloaded the files, and got on my warrior, who has beaten all four campaigns (I did this on my old computer).

I try to go to Rata Sum, and lo', NONE of Northern Kryta, the Asuran lands, is on my map. I think my character has some bug, but it doesnt, as I've checked the handbook, and it has pages all the way up to the last mission complete.

I've used the -image command to redownload files twice no, but to no avail. I'm pretty angry/worried at this because, I honestly thought these kind of issues were handled purely on a character basis.

I have even COPIED the .dat file from my old xp computer and put it on this new one/had the client update it, and STILL nothing has changed. I really don't want to ahve to run through the entire area again because of some map glitch.

Your help is GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in advance.

this has happened before, uninstall the client and redownload to see if that will help

Alright, well that didn't work. I assumed it wouldn't, because doing so is like using the -image command I think

Any other suggestions anyone? Thanks in advance..

If this persists I might as well just go on a exploration run.
